ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System — CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding. Full QMS documentation, PDCA non-conformance control, audit-ready records.

MIL-A-8625F Anodic coatings for aluminum — Type II (sulfuric anodize) and Type III (hard anodize). Thickness and hardness per specification.

Zeiss Contura CMM Primary dimensional verification. Full GD&T report output — PDF + CSV. Used for 100% FAI on every production order.
Mitutoyo Gauging In-process sampling during production runs. Calibrated per ISO 10012 schedule.
Go/No-Go Gauge Sets Critical feature verification on threaded and bore features. Tolerance class per drawing callout.
Surface & Material
Surface Profilometer Ra measurement per ISO 4287. Standard Ra 0.8μm verified on finish-critical surfaces. Fine finish Ra 0.4μm available.
Optical Comparator 2D profile verification on complex contours, thread forms, and edge radii.
Hardness Tester (Rockwell) Post-heat-treatment verification for tool steel components. D2 (SKD11) and H13 (SKD61) documented per lot.
