What tolerances can you achieve?

Standard GD&T: ±0.005mm. Precision: ±0.003mm with Cpk ≥ 1.67 validation — achievable on 5-axis CNC and wire EDM. Surface finish Ra 0.8μm standard, Ra 0.4μm fine. All parts CMM-inspected (Zeiss Contura + Mitutoyo) before shipment.

What materials are supported?

Complex geometries or 2D drawings?

Both fully supported. Complex 3D contours and undercuts are handled on 5-axis CNC. STEP, IGES, DXF, CATIA V5, SolidWorks, and Parasolid accepted. 2D PDF prints with tolerance callouts are sufficient for turning and milling work.

Do you offer DFM feedback?

Yes — complimentary DFM review on every order before production commitment. Common flags: wall thickness, internal radii vs tool diameter, turning vs milling process selection, and finish stock allowance for heat-treat parts.

What quality standards apply?
