VNcontX provides contract manufacturing services from our ISO 9001:2015-certified facility in Bình Chánh District, Ho Chi Minh City. We machine, mold, and fabricate precision parts for engineering teams in the USA, Australia, and the EU — from rapid prototypes to volume production runs. CMM report on every shipment.
Vietnam is not subject to Section 301 tariffs. For US-based procurement teams moving production from China, that is a 25–145% tariff differential with no qualification period and no minimum order requirement. For Australian companies, AANZFTA preferential rates apply and HCMC-to-Sydney sea freight runs 10–14 days.

Every shipment from our Vietnam contract manufacturing facility leaves with a CMM dimensional report. First Article Inspection is not optional and is not charged separately — it is included in every order. Dimensional data is generated on Zeiss Contura and Mitutoyo equipment, reported against your drawing revision. Cpk is tracked in-process; we do not ship lots with Cpk below 1.67 without customer notification and written approval.

Rapid Prototype to Low-Volume Production
Development teams running design validation typically need 5–50 parts with the same documentation package as production. Our contract manufacturing services include a rapid CNC prototyping track that delivers FAI samples in 3–5 days. Prototype injection molds — built to production steel standards in P20 — deliver T1 samples in 15–20 working days with a full CMM report and material certificate.
Low-volume production (50–5,000 units) runs from the same tooling as prototyping. No re-qualification, no tooling surcharge. When volumes scale, we add cavities or cut a hardened production tool using the validated gate and cooling geometry.
