We do not select factories — we qualify manufacturing nodes. Every facility integrated into the VNcontx network must clear a non-negotiable three-gate audit before a single drawing is shared. No documentation shortcut. No email-based approval. Physical on-site verification only.

GATE / 01 Hard Metrology Requirements

The facility must operate a calibrated CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) with a valid calibration certificate on-site. Verbal claims of measurement capability are disqualifying. We inspect the machine log, verify calibration intervals, and cross-check against a reference gauge block before onboarding approval is issued.

A certificate on the wall means nothing without a functioning PDCA cycle behind it.
